Default Fuel system upgrade, specs or suggestions?

I'm currently running a Greddy supercharger and running into a 100% duty cycle about 2k before redline. I believe this is the same issue with the HKS turbo, maxing out at 114 whp.

I'd like to know what other people are running for an upgraded fuel system. I have a Perrin fuel rail but have not installed it yet. I'd like to get larger injectors first, but an unsure how big to go or what the best fit is. I've read people using tC and Celica injectors but not a lot of explination as to why. I believe stock is 250cc, so I'm looking at 280-310cc to start.

Also, is an upgraded fuel pump needed, and if so, what size / pressure. Stock is 45-48 psi.

Well, I think I got an answer anyways. After poking around this and other forums, looks like I probably won't need an upgraded fuel pump. I'm going to start with the 350cc injectors from http://www.deatschwerks.com/catalog/index.php. They claim an OEM fit on o-rings and electrical connectors, and I believe are what's used by ZPI. It will be plugged into a Perrin fuel rail. Current HP is 113.6 at the wheels, I will be re-tuning and redynoing after install and post what gains are to be had. Current setup is as follows:

TRD cold air intake
Greddy supercharger w/ eManage blue
Perrin lightweight crank pulley
Strup header
custom 2 1/4" cat-back exhaust w/ Flowmaster Hushpower II muffler
stock internals

Here are the injector details:

1NZ-FE= 230cc's
1ZZ-FE= 280cc's
2ZZ-GE= 310cc's
tC= 340-350cc's (not sure)

I'm running with the 1ZZ-FE on my NA setup, but as soon as the rest of turbo parts come in, I'm going to run 2ZZ-GE with Fuel rail. This should be enough fuel for 7psi. I think 350cc's with a fuel rail might be a little too much, but considering that you have the e-manage, i don't think you should have a problem. Our injectors are very easily tuned, without the need of a fuel pump. One thing i do think you should get (if you don't have one already) is a wide-band sensor, that way you can REALLY be sure how your engine is running.

ALL injectors, i mentioned in the above message are ALL plus and play!! No modifications necessary. The only thing you need to buy are new O-Rings, the rubber injector seats and can re-used. Watch out when installing the injectors into the rail, it can be a little tricky to get the o-rings to sit properly inside, but besides that you shouldn't have any problems.

As for pricing i found the 1ZZ-FE injectors (Celica GT) from a friend who turbo'd his car and sold me hid old ones at $80.00 for all 4. And the 2ZZ-GE injectors (Celica GT-S), were bought off of e-bay and i got them for about $65.00.
