I have the Scion alarm and when armed the led stay on for 15 second than blink.
I taped a seprate led to the stock one and when armed it stay on for 15 second but does not blink. Can someone help out. Thanks.

So I guess this is probably an obvious question... but why would you change the stock LED? It's not like you ever really see it.

it's gonna stay solid for a good minute before it is actually armed and blinking.

My stay solid for 15 second than it's start to blink.
