Default wierd problem, dont know wtf is going on please help

Hey, well today i unpluged the possitive wire from the battery because i got a sub, so yea...when i put the cord back on the battery, my car started to act up, when i turn the car on, it shakes, the transmission shakes, etc...than after a few minutes it goes into idle mode (i think its called accessory mode) so the car is on the engine isnt running, also, maintinence light comes on, the passanger window button on drivers side doesnt work (than started to work again), sunroof made a few weird noises (than stopped and works fine now)....any idea as to what the hell is goin on? please help

.. disconnect battery, the ecu needs to relearn, the windows need to be reset

and the maint req'd light means absolutely nothing about it as it's a mileage counter and just a reminder to change your oil... that can be reset as well.

the reset instructions for the windows are in the manual. As far as the motor, does it still die or does it run now? If not try disconnecting it again and then put it back on and make sure its getting a really good contact with the batt terminal. After that make sure you didn't wire anything wrong or mess with anything else in the engine bay. That's all I got

also, proper disconnection of the battery always involves the negative (black) first.
