Does anyone have an idea of what HP gains I can expect from a TRD LSD? I am definately going to invest but I am not sure if TRD is the way to go. I will be honest I don't have any TRD parts on my car because aftermarket seems to more HP and torque, however I am curious. Any help would be appreciated!

lsd dont add horsepower but gives you better traction..

 

LSD = Limited Slip Differential Like Ace says, it gives you grip when you loose traction(simplified way of looking at it). TRD bought the rights from Quaife, its a good LSD

Haha horsepower gains from an LSD. Not every mod adds horsepower. hmmm sounds like a new tuner rule...

LOL, like they said it doesn't add power just helps you get off the line and around corners faster. Right now I can't launch really hard to run the drag strip because my tires won't let me since we only have on driving. If I had the LSD then I would get better times because I can launch at higher rpms getting me off the line quicker.

We all start somewhere guys... lol... I remember the Solara boards I posted on... everyone wanted a 2JZ swapped into their Solara... (including my newbie self... when I was 19 LOL). We've all come a long way =P

And, technically, it could be said it "adds hp that actually makes it to the ground"

 

TRD sells LSD? I thought that stuff was illegal.
