i have searched and found nothing that can answer my question. I have an 07 tc and was wondering if the 05 and 06 are the same. by that i mean i am looking to get some aftermarket mods and can only find alot of 05 06 parts i so will the parts for the 05 06 tc fit on an 07 tc

the parts that i am looking to do are intake exhaust projector headlights so thanks in advance for the answer

 

the 07 has a different sensor on the intake its a MAP i believe and the 05-06 has a MAF so the intake needs to be 07 specific. Other than taht i think the others would mount just fine.

headlights, on the other hand, are a different story. i dont really know much about our cars electrical work. You would need some1 else to help you out there.

The new headlamps use 9006 instead of 9004, but the headlamp assy fits the same from 07 to 08.

thank you do you know if i take an intake for a 05 or 06 will it work in my 07 i know the sensor is different but is the sensor the same size just a different type or totally different in shape

 

Definitely will not work. Different MAF sizing and screw pattern.

9004? when? scion tc's have always had 9006 for the low, and 9005 for the high beam. we don't use a 9004 bulb.

 

Mine is 2007 and my bad on the bulbs, I thought the new 08s used 9004 but I could be mistaken, it's late and i misspoke on the 9004 for 07-

um, I got it from ptuning.com and paid like 260 shipped when it was on special I believe.
