Default MMW headers/s pipe fitting?

I just picked up my TRD S/C "like a little boy at Christmas!" I have MMW header/s pipe on the way should be recieving it soon...my question would be should I install the headers/s pipe first or should I install the S/C and then the headers cause I heard the MMW headers wont fit once the S/C is on and Ill have to take the S/C off in order to fit the headers????

Sorry about the long dragged out question! Thanks guys!

I've heard the same.
Either do them all at once, or do the headers/s-pipe first.

Yeah I just wanted to put the S/C on while its stock and run it for a few months just in case there is something wrong with it so its still covered under warranty. But I dont want to have to take it off and put the headers in...I dont know Ill probably just install the headers first then let them put the S/C on...Hopefully there is no problems!

Header First... I was in the same situation, and can only reccomend Header First.... Even if you have to wait a little, couple weeks, to put the s/c on. It'll be worth the headache your going to save yourself.
