With 2 bottles you should be fine. If your going to entirely bleed the system 2 is enough. BTW, why are you changing your brake fluid?? Unless its really old or your going racing, why change ALL the fluid??

thanks for the reply, I am planning on Autocrossing the XB and trying to get the most out of the brake without going to a big brake kit. Also big props to buybrakes.com put my order in yesterday and just got it now. Way great service and that shipping was freee

also going to all braided SS lines, so might as well do it all at once

motul doesnt brake down, under extended high temps, like
OE fluid does (turns brown, with that green slime in the
strainer). Thats the difference the fluid he is going to switch
to makes, which in the long run affects brake system hoses
and seals. For an autcrosser, fluid, SS brake lines and pad
upgrades are standard.. your doin the right thing

Thanks for the insight, thats my been plans and thoughts from the start. I don't think these upgrades will equal a BBK upgrade but much much better then stock. I will give my feed back from my upgrade so others maybe looking to do the same or just wanting something better then stock

I have SS lines, fluid and pads. The braking power is virtually tripled with these simple and cheap modifications. I would recommend the following:

1.) SS lines from Agency Power or Footwork
2.) Brake Fluid use Motul RBF 600
3.) Pads: Hawk HPS or EBC Green

The Hawk HPS and EBC green really increase braking power, but the fade and bite are still present. If your looking for a really aggressive bite for your brakes, then your going to need pads that are slightly more racing, liked EBC Red or Yellow and Hawk Blue's.

wow good to hear, soon as my agency ss lines show up I'll start this mid. Then I really need new tires, my stocks look like slicks but with out that whole traction thing LOL

I did go with the axxis ultimate pads so I will see how I like them. Thanks again

Dont want to make you feel bad or anything, but you should have gone with the pads i recommended, the AXIS pads are a tad better than OEM replacement pads. The only thing i would tell you to watch our for is brake fade, which happens very quickly if your not paying attention.

well I did some work and found that the AXXIS pads do really good, so I will give them a shot. Worse comes to worse later down the road i get some better pads. I prob do that when I upgrade to powerslots. ALso got my Agency SS brakelines and I plan to install everything tonight.....wish me luck

update, got everything installed, so far so good. Took it around the block and fell 100% better then stock. I can't go have fun beacsue I wanna wear them in. SO when I get my new tires here shortly I will give a better up date.
