the cons to putting amps beneath your front seats?
does anyone have any horror stories or warnings about this?
there's some kind of support beam on the underside of the seats, has anyone run into any problems with it?
has there been any wiring difficulties or interference from other components in the car?

If it fits then there shouldn't be any issues. I have the brain for my head unit under the passenger seat. I ran all the wires under the carpet so they wouldn't get caught on anything.
I have had my amps under my seats for about 6 months and taken several long trips in it to, and have not had any overheating problems. Both of my seats still slide, too.
As for that support beam under the seat, just buy a smaller, more efficient amp and notch the support beam to sink the amps into it. When your done you'll have plenty of amp breathing room. FYI, I have Memphis Car Audio M-class amps.

i agree with everyone else. aside from scratches and maybe a wire caught on your sliding seats here or there, you shouldn't have any electrical problems. good luck with the install
