Just finished installing the 08 tail lights. As I said before, everything is plug and play. Just follow the instructions on TRD Sparks for the TYC tail lights. Just 1 note, on the left side, you have to pull on the harness a little bit so it can connect.

Definitely nicer on the black than just about any other color. Of course that's b/c the inside of the tail light housing is black, so it matches well.

I dont know why people dont like the 08 tail lights. I like the em. The TYCs look like theres too much going on, the 08s are simple, plain and IMO look very sleek with my Nautical Blue.

looks good, tho the plastic trim around the border is a little distracting. it might look better with bluebats trim overlay.

wow that looks cool on bsp. i say try to find and overlay for the reverse light.. just so that it is only the actual light that is shown. none of that chrome stuff :)

the outer circle is normal lights and brakes
inner circle is turn signal
inner INNER circle is a reflector
top is reverse

oh thats gross, top reverse? ewwwwww but I guess the only color they could look good on is black... saw one in sizzling crimson and I don't think it matched at all...

eh thats my bro. i was the reflection in the 2nd pic lol. and, this puppy hasnt been waxed in about 2 months. but it was washed 5 days ago. Only 1 problem.... when the usps launched it over our fence, the left has a small chip in the topright corner. u cant see it cuz i paint shopped it out. but its all good!!!

Lights with black trim are the style to have right now.

I think they look tight. Especially on the darker colored tc's

um, a tread on stock tails.. which i can see everyday on the road... i think they look like cheap altezza's. however, if they were all custom painted and led'd, then they could be hot. but as stock, i woulnt seek them out... i dont remember if you said or not but how much did you waste on them?

eh its not an n1. its a HKS hi power axle back. but i have custom piping for a catback. i have a couple more pics of it if u want

So many people hating on the lights... just think of it this way... they look much better on a BSP than any of the other colors. Sure, overall most people probably don't like the lights... but might as well use them where they do look OK. I mean, I can't imagine anyone putting these on a SW or something, you know?

I would get them if there wasn't that reflector next to the turn signal. For some reason, that reflector just stands out more than the stop and turn.

My dealer had my 08 ordered with the TYC lights, and honestly, they look good with the 07, but not hte 08. the 08 tailights match the 08 head lights. Plus i didn't want to spend 375 on the TYC from the dealership, i can probably get those cheaper elsewhere and put them in myself.

Agreed........the chrome rings are a bit over kill............and the shiney eyebrow is not the same as the 08s headlights eyebrow........which they did in a black.........if they blacked it out in the back too it woud be better and match perfect..........but close is ok........and leaves room to mod

I plan to tint mine when I buy my SW. They stick out like a sore thumb on SW, gotta get that tint to hide the ugly things.
