Blue_Batmobile 10-07-2004, 11:15 PM Finally got around to doing this. Turned out really nice, and definately made a difference! Shown in light 3/10 Tint and Standard 6/10 Tint. Enjoy! I have other finishes as well :) .

Ethereal_Dragon 10-08-2004, 12:26 AM Lets get some details.... Is it just plastic, or is it like a piece of film that goes over the headlight? Does it just cover the headlight, or the amber too?? What was the cost?

it would look better if you cleared your corners and did the whole light assembly. 8)

oh and the fogs should be covered too!
SnyperP 10-08-2004, 03:09 AM I imagine it's similar to tint. As long as you leave it enough time to dry it shouldn't bubble. But if you slap those on and then go for a nice drive at night, then it would probably bubble =p

thecaliboriqua 10-08-2004, 03:55 AM The headlight overlays look great on the car...i have no bubbling problems and i like how it changes shades in different lighting...i have no problem with light at night...the overlay has very little effect on the the light output...you can still see the road well...next on the list of overlays will be the turnsignals and foglights...i have the taillight overlays on this car as well...it looks really nice with the Thundercloud...my driver/passenger side windows are tinted so it gives it a nice even look all around...Bat has some photos of the taillights so ask him if you're interested...the overlays are low priced and a good low cost solution to getting a nice, sleek look...Thanks Andy!
Blue_Batmobile 10-08-2004, 03:05 PM I use a 7 Year Premium High Performance Vinyl for all my applications. No peeling or fading whatsoever. See more info in my Galery below ;).

VanillaRice 10-08-2004, 03:18 PM Looks good. I live in Alabama real close to Lay Lake and the bugs are just terrible! Is this material going to hold up to some of those bugs or even debris thrown from the interstate and highways? I guess what I am trying ask is, how scratch resistant is it?

It's pretty durable. I have the same material on my Headlights and have had my share of rocks, bugs...hit it. I'm very pleased with the durability :).

Stardumb 10-23-2004, 06:29 PM I'm still confused on how they go on the car. Do they go inside the headlight housing or on the outside? If it's on the outside, you can bet I'll be buying these and the smoked tail lights next weekend.
