Why are you unsure if they will fit or not?

Don't forget the centerbore too. If the wheels came off a Honda they will not be hubcentric to the xB. What vehicle were they on before?

what do you mean by "hubcentric", kendo?
i got my wheels from an integra...and they fit on my box...what does hubcentric mean?

In the old days, wheels used to center around the lugs. These were called lugcentric applications. Pretty much all vehicles now have gone to a hubcentric system now where the wheel will center around the hub on the car and the lugs are used only to hold the wheels on rather than hold the wheels and center the wheels.
Different manufacturers offer different size hubs for different vehicles so in order to properly center an aftermarket wheel, it needs to be hubcentric, which means that the centerbore (hole in the center of the wheel) is the same diameter as the hub on the car. Most aftermarket wheel companies will offer a centerbore that is rather large and then use a hubcentric ring system. This will also work fine in centering the car. For example the 4×100 bolt pattern wheels from Antera have a center bore of 75mm. Then a center ring that is 75mm around on the outside and 56.1mm around on the inside would be used to fit a 4-lug Honda. For a Toyota, lets say the xB or xA, the same wheel would be used, but the ring would be 75mm outer, and 54.1mm inner. This way they can make only one wheel and it will fit properly on different makes and models.
On the wheels you got from an Integra, if they were hubcentric to it, they should have a centerbore of 56.1 which is not hubcentric to the xB. I would pull one of your wheels off and check the back. If there is no ring in the middle, then it would need a 2mm ring (56.1mm outer diameter, 54.1mm inner diameter) to make it hubcentric to your car. If there is a ring in it, pull the ring out and measure the outside diameter. You will need a ring with the same outer diameter, and an inner diameter of 54.1 mm. You can probably get the ring from any shop that sells the same brand wheel as yours or I hear you can get a hold of Prestige. For more info, see http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1745
