how do you remove the xb's clear sidemarkers?

Default how do you remove the xb's clear sidemarkers?

i want to get the jdm clear side markers but i want to know if it's difficult to remove the stock ones. do they just pop out?

I think, there is 2 screws on the back side keeping it in place. I dont have a xB so this is just a guess. Just poping in & out does not seem that safe.

To remove the sidemarkers:

slide the sidemarker toward the front of the car and it will pop out.

Thats it!!

I believe you slide them back (maybe forward?). I think it states how to do it in the manual.

Yeah, what he said. Grab the rear edge push towards front of car while pulling outward gently. Don't let go of the plug when you disconnect it, it can be tricky to fish it out of the fender...

You slide them foreward. I got the JDM sidemarkers so I know.

I got the markers and they just pull out like everyoe says. If you wana see what it looks like Ill be at the cruise this sunday. Meeting at Servco Scion at 9 am I had one extra set but i sold it if oyu want one I can get more.

How do the JDM xB side marker lights look like? I just did the side marker mod where it's on when you're lights are on. works great.

OK so this is for the front, side markers. Has anyone removed the rear side markers. I'd like to replace them with the clear front style and maybe wire into the rear turn signals. Covered in overlays of course...as is the rest of my lights!

Perfect Replacement, not a universal.
