i didn't have the fuse in the power block because i was in the middel of doing alot of custom LED work to the inside so i had all kinds of wire hanging everywere. ill post pics of those tonight after it starts getting dark.

 

#1 most unexpected part on an xb ive ever seen! a diamond plate engine cover. i like it. has a redneck feel to it ;-) that would definitely classify into that rare/unique mod thread.

i didn't like the idea a first, but then i saw a pice of polished dimond plate at Lows. it had a mirror finish and i said "thats hot, im doin it.

 

the diamond plate rocks...good job!!!

 

looks very nice. I like the diamond plate cover. you may want to add some type trim or round the edge of the plate so you don't get cut.

 

you need to get rid of the electrical tape onthe wires and get some heat shrink tubing, and why is the yellow top "red"? but i do like the engine cover

 

the edge is not sharp, i made sure of that.
the battery is old its one ive had for some time and the red was some anti corode stuff that got sprayed on it. ive tried to clean if off.

i do plan on doing some heat shrink as soon as i find what im looking for.

what kinda heat shrink are you looking for cuz i know a few places to get different kinds

 

well.. id like to able to get blue ( ill setle for black that fits 4g wire. i also don't want to have to buy 6 packs of assorted to get 6 that i need.

 

try www.partsexpress.com they have all sorts of colors and sizes, and you can buy it by the foot too, so you can get what you want and i think they have sizes up to 3 inches so i think you will be fine, if you have trouble finding it on their web site just call them
