Does anyone know if you can use just the TRD Auto Tranny Reflash to help the trans shift better/quicker or does it require the Supercharger kit and reflash as well?

well imo, wouldn't seem to help you out at all, cause the trd reflash should compensate for more air/fuel, and if you're an auto NA, it defeats the purpose of doing this....also, once you reflash, i've heard you can't go back to stock settings unless you buy a whole new ecm.....

 

there are 2 reflashes....the one for the ECM (which is the only one thats req'd for manuals) and a Auto trans reflash (which is Req'd in an auto, in addition to the ECM reflash). i know that the trans reflash changes shift points and stuff, im just not sure if you can use the trans reflash as a stand alone reflash unit.

 

i think it is only for the supercharger, no good for na
