Default Chrome Window Trim for my tC, like the Bimmers..

Hey I wanna chrome the window trim outline of my Scion tC. kinda like how the BMW has chrome trim around the windows is how I want it.
I already have the pillar chrome now I want to make it all match.

Anyone know where I can purchase such a thing? I been searching with no luck any feed back, would be awesome.

Thanks

IMO Chrome on a tC looks like shiot. There's nothing I hate more then a tC with Chrome 20s and the Chromed Dub symbol, it just doesn't flow well.

I hate it when people put that chrome trim stuff from autozone around the doors, and just about everywhere else. looks terrible.

Chrome belongs in the engine bay and on the outside of 50's and 60's muscle cars, and even then in sparing amounts.

Chrome on the tC would look like crap IMO, and those chrome window trims look like crap that has sit in the yard for a day and turned funky colors.

uhhh GOOD! I hate that too! Like all the buicks with the chrome lips around everywhere, then the luxury copy off 3 piece air vents on each side of the fenders. Then the chrome tints that fade to black, 23" Dubs and speakers so loud not even an airplane can handle.

Not to mention the cheap dual exhaust on a car we all know should not have one. Like a dual firebird exhaust on a 96 Lincoln town car.

not the window trim at least. chrome any would lood good on a black car and as long as your converting it into a luxury type vehicle. other than that...no.

Don't listen to the haters, chrome...if used properly and not overdone can look nice on any car. If you like it, be creative and go for it.

There are chrome tapes that I've seen at autoparts stores, but I don't think that would be good quality. Can't think of anything else that would work and honestly many bimmer owners try to black out the chrome trims they have because they don't like it.

Most people I know dislike chrome, hence most new cars have very little or none at all on them. A touch inside the car as trim is not too bad and under the hood, but for me, none at all on the outside looks good (even wheels, I prefer non chrome wheels by a longshot).

But this isnt hating... if someone asks for an opinion, then they get one. Funny how if you dont like an idea you are hating to those that do Do whatever you like to your car, that is the fun of it.

I don't think I'd do it, but I'm curious to see how it looks.

I agree with FREEradical up there. Less is more.

Default BEMMER pic

Since I was the one who first started this tread. I just wanted to say thanks to every1 for there input and i found a pic of a BMW 330i Blue with Chrome.
That's what I want my blue tC to look like and I just want to find either that mod online or if someone knows how I could do that, please let me know.

Thanks.
