Default Intake filter question

I have an Injen Intake with the hydro shield! I want to put the new AEM dry flow filter,I was wondering if I get the AEM filter, am I still able to put the hydro shield on, or would I have 2 go wit a bigger hydro shield? Thanks!

I'm not sure you'll get a good answer unless someone has had the two side by side and compare. You may not know until you try it.

if the filter is the same size, then the same hydroshield will still fit....

if the filter is a different size from the one you have now (which I wouldn't advice), it will not fit.

Yea that's the thing, I'm not sure if it's going 2 fit! I know the measurements for the Injen filter but I'm not too sure about the AEM.

how's the hydro shield? I was thinking about getting it, but yeah haven't bought it for my injen intake. Does it strict any air or your still getting a good amount in? If I do buy it.... Imma hate to take off my bumper again =/ it's still feelin loose since I last took it off

Well I guess I buy one and see what happen! If not, I'm just gonna stick with another Injen filter! Oh the hydroshield works nice! It doesn't strict air at all! In a way, it's keeps it cleaner compare to not having one!
