Just wondering if I have to make any modification to install a spoiler. <anyting like drilling holes or anything like that>

Yes you will need to drill holes.

U need and special kind of drill or just a simple drill with a bunch of different size bits?

I am going to be getting mine soon and want to install myself also.

The CF spoiler I got came with to pre-drilled holes. So its up to you or an installer to drill through those holes onto the top hatch.
