i have the stage 0 turbo kit from ZPI but since the recent fall of ZPI what kind of intercooler should i get?....i wanted the zpi intercooler that comes with the hks ssq bov welded on with the flange and such; it was only 950 dollars and i cant find one that is around the same price with the bov, i went on dezod and found a intercooler for like 1100 or something....and i would have to buy the bov separate...


second question is if i buy the hks bov, does it come with a flange or what? just wondering

 

Im selling a HKS bov.....You will have to buy the flange for any kit unless noted otherwise. WIth ZPI's kit you were getting a ebay cheap intercooler which you can get off ebay for 100 bucks. You can get custom piping made also for around 700 bucks, maybe less....

 

how would i get those custom intercooler piping...? well dezod is selling the intercooler piping for 600....if i get the bov....i have to buy the flange where would i get that and the piping that the flange and bov connects to, thats part of the intercooler piping right? just have to cut and weld?

Honesltly if you dont plan on building the motor, the ebay intercooler will be just fine for you.

Ebay intercooler-100 bucks
Dezod Piping-600 bucks, will have flange already done
BOV-200 new or 150 used...

 

nice....sorry just to recap....ill buy an ebay intercooler for around 100 dollars....then the dezod pipings....that will come with the bov flange, and a hks bov then weld it on and it should be good? im just installing the turbo, its my dd and i dont plan anything too crazy.

if anyone is not too busy i cant find the intercooler on ebay....ive searched.....i found them for about 300$ whats the dimensions of the intercooler i need
