so i'm installing a new fuel pump in. got it all off okay, but hit a road block. there is a small white cap on the stock pump and beneath that is the O-ring and a black clip. i got the O-ring off fine, but i cant get the white cap and the black clip off. am i suppose to re-use those parts or is the new pump suppose to come with it? i tried taking the white cap off, but it seems pretty stuck and i didnt want to risk breaking. any help would be appreciated
