Default Koya LX5: trying to pass for Axis Hiro's

So I've been on the market for a new set of wheels, and I came across these Koya LX5's on bestwheel.com.

My first thought was, "Awesome. They look just like Axis Hiro's, but cost 500 bucks less."

So, I do a little more research and visit Koya's website. As I'm looking around at the pictures on this page: http://www.koyaracing.com/wallpaper.htm, I notice in the very first picture displaying the LX5's, that the wheels are gunmetal. Well, I got excited because I hadn't seen them offered in gunmetal and would have preferred it.

Then.... I take a closer look and see.... clear as day....

the Axis logo engraved on one of the spokes.

Several of the pictures are of Hiro's. They even used this picture, from here on SL:

Now I KNOW those are Hiro's. There's no question about it. And on top of that, I doubt they have permission to use that picture. I doubt they contacted the owner and said, "Hey, mind if we use pictures of your Hiro's to sell our fake Hiro's?"

The ***** on these guys. And the worst part is, I'm still considering buying a pair. Of the wheels, not the *****.
