Default installation pricing

I have been quoted $225, $250, and $275 to install all to the stock head unit. I am in Miami too. So I don't know the best place but i went to Cartronics and Senor Stereo and one local shop.

I provided my own amp kit that i got from best buy it has all the speaker cables and amp cables. The only thing I need to get is prolly the low and high distributor to connect to the stock unit. What do you guys think of the quotes i got?

MY provided EQT:
DUAL AMP KIT i paid $55 for it. LINKY BELOW

2 AMPS, one for lows and highs
front component speakers
1 subwoofer already in a box.

Since it's to install front speakers too, that doesn't seem that bad to me. Of course the amp/sub install would be cake, but with a second amp and speakers, that seems about right. I could be wrong though...

Unless you just have no experience whatsover, do it yourself or get a friend that you know has some knowledge and work on it together.

Circuit City would charge $60 for the components, $60 for the sub amp, $75 for the 4ch, and maybe another 25 for the step downs. Yeah those quotes are about right.

yea they seem jsut about right....but if ur gonna get it done at a shop make sure u get a good warranty, if not try a friend or try posting in the southeast regional forums and get a loical guy to help you out...its worthless to do it at a shop without warranty from the shop

Default Hey dude

Its not that hard at all... Dont waste the 250 on installation.. Use that for something else to put into ur car.. Something performance wise... Do some research and get a friend or 2 and tackle it urselves.. Trust me youll learn something new and save some money. Dont get better then that....
