amp rack is finally finished
That is slick, wish I thought of that. Doesn't matter, even if I did, I would
not have done as nice of job. I would also have to say there are nicer brands
that are not that expensive. I still give heavy props to you.

thanks all.. I would never do it again..lol...
And why the scosche sub?.. Because it fit the build and I don't need a bunch of base for the type of music I generally listen to... Besides, most of the speaker manufacturers are either building or in the works of building shallow mount subs. So if needed, I can upgrade the sub with little or no work and retain the box.
I do want to extend my thanks to Doug for the great deal on the speakers/amp and the help on tuning the amps at the show... Just what you did the other day made a world of difference..

ya know how sometimes you get bought into a project and there's no turning back... Well this is one of those project and it's slightly embarassing to vocalize how the acrylic shop bent me over (and over and over)... Let's just say, the top 1/2" piece alone cost $400.00...
The acrylic is more durable and scratch "resistant" than plexiglass. Not scratch proof by ANY means. So I'm working on either modifying my OEM mat to cover it for daily use or buying into one of those mats that hook off the headrests and drap over the entire area so it protects the acrylic and keeps it nice (and out of sight).
