This is my first foray into aftermarket wheels.
I live in Boston, anybody from the area experienced with winters and/or POTHOLES around here?
Should I worry about either?
It seems obvious that I should put my stock wheels back on for the winter.
Right?
We have a terrible pothole problem around here as well.
I will be running 18s.
Should I worry?

Thanks!

I would not only put your stock wheels back on for the winter, I would also give serious consideration to equipping them with some dedicated Winter tires! Click on the following link for more details:

you def do not want to run 18's (35 or 40,45 pro im guessin) in the winter, do yourself a huge favor and get your stockies back on before snow hits the ground...It could end up saving you alot of money in the long run....

yeah 17" plus sized wheels, generally dont do well in the snow. We had a little snow flurry last weeked, and the stock tires seemed ok! TRAC did not flash at me once!

yeah you should go back to stock for winter.....winter down here in maryland is nothing like what you have there in boston...but I recommend to all our customers who go with aftermarket wheels to go back to stock in the winter...not only for pot holes but you will also extend the life of your nicer tires :D
