Default Q for Doc I's short shifter

first off, yes i did search. but, does anyone have the extreme package? my bro wants a short shifter, and his mechanic doesnt know anything about it, so he most likely is going to get the extreme. so, does anyone have it?

I don't, but after reading the description, there's not much left to the imagination. It's a fully built cage that includes everything described already attached, that drops in and hooks up. You send your cage back for an $80 rebate.

Is there anything more specific you'd like to know about it?

You will have to take the center console out to get at the shifter cage. you disconnect the trans linkages from your stock shifter, undo 4 bolts. Take it out of the car.

Put doc's in with the bolts and so fourth. Tighten the bolts. reconnect the linkages to the new shifter. reasemble your center console.

DONE. it's a piece of cake
