are you talking about the one behind the alternator...if that's so, it's a hydraulic bolt and doesn't come off...only turns to a certain degree so that you can loosen the tension of the pulleys

This is the bolt on the crank pulley... Its SUPER HARD to get off. I would only use a air gun. if only I had one. I dont think you can get it off without air tools

after reading more about it, I think I'm going to call in a favor and have a mechanic i know install the pulley for me. sorry i can't tell you if its doable or not. my advice would be to give it a shot using a healthy dose of WD-40. worst that can happen is you can;t get it off. its better to try and fail, right? just make sure you have a friend with you when you do it.

for right now, my pulley is making a nice paperweight

I did my pulley without taking my wheel off to tell you the truth. You just turn the wheel all the way in and you can get to it just perfectly

oh that sucks, but yeah im gonna leave it for now because i wasn't swapping pulleys i needed to take it off for my supercharger install. the S/C kit comes with a newer / stronger bolt. someone else on the forum told me he is still using the stock bolt so when i get a change im just gonna drive my car to like a gas station and have them blast the bolt off.
