Is 140 sq ft of sound deadner enough ???
Im looking to do about 2 layers of edead in the entire car.
I have my doors done allready and have a little left over (roughly 20 sq ft)
Im going to get 140 sq ft more.
Would that be enough or should I get more?
If you've done your tc can you tell me how much you used total and how many layers?
IM looking to do this over the labor day weekend.
Thanks for the help

so you have 160 for the rest? yes that should be plenty. i'd actually get edead ue for the rest and only get like 60 ft
i have 90 on my floor, 30 on the doors, 20 in the quarter panels, 30 in the hatch and 20 on the tailgate, granted thats all v1se

yea I will have 160 total to do 2 layer on EVERYTHING but the doors.
I hope it will be enough,im not so worried about not having enough for the hatch since its easy to remove the rear seats and hatch area.
I just want to ensure I have plenty to do the floor.
btw the 90 you used on the floor was that one layer 2 or 3??

I dont think 160 is enough for everything with 2 layers, I used 120 with mine just enough, I have selected areas with multi layers 2,3 or even 4, but trust me you need more than 2 layers in some areas and one layer in other areas are good.. If you get 160 of v1se2 I say its good enough to deadened sound but then its up to you how you define enough...
