Ok so I want to purchase a CF hood. I just dont know what brand is the best. I want to stay oem just because I am not doing a body kit and I think that the Kaminari is a little much. VIS. I hear thats a good brand.

I haven't had hood pins in mine for almost a year and I haven't had any problems. But I did buy some hood locks to install just to be safe. I havent done that yet though. To sum it up, hood pins/locks are a good idea!

 

I got a Motorfx OEM hood for 350 a year ago. The fitment isn't the greatest but so far it's showing no signs of yellowing or cracking, and it's been parked outside in the blazing AZ sunlight for a year straight .

possibly, i think ppl just clearcoat them agaim for piece of mind, but you should be good to go.
