I know this is a pretty old topic, but need some new input. My Scion TC will be making around 300 HP, what is the best street clutch, pressure plate for the street and sometimes race at the track? I hear Clutch maste stage 3, Act and few others. Come on you Scion TC Hot rodders let me have the info.

 

Most common ones sold here fro that power level are Comp Clutch Stage 4 and 5.

 

Yep I agree 100%. Competition Clutch is the way to go.

 

and if you get your turbo from dezod, you can package it with a stronger clutch while your ordering.

I loved my Clutch masters stage 3. Perfect street clutch! I didnt like my Comp Clutch stage 4 at first but the more I drive it the more I like it.

 

I remember back a few years ago people complained about the CM stage 3 as not being very street driver friendly. I, myself have no experience with it but it's just something to keep in mind.

 

Whoever said that doesnt know what good clutch feels like then.
