I was told when I bought mine a while back that they only come in automatic...is that true? I thought I heard or seen it in someone signature that theirs was manual. Maybe the dealer told me that because they were only getting in just automatics. Let me know... :D Also who owns RS 1.0 #0001 and #2100...just out of curiousity. :wink:

They were available in both transmissions. I saw a picture of the guy that owns #0001 but I do not remember who he is.

interesting...I wonder if my dealer lied to me becasue he said the RS 1.0 will ONLY be in automatic, Because I wanted manual. This was their last one and they might have told me that so I didn't go somewhere else to buy one in manual. I really hope that they didn't do that...you wouldn't do that would you scionteammember?

I got mine for $19,000 after it was all said and done. They are getting sold for that much because it was only released in 14 of the 50 states if i remember correctly. So the are rarer than say the xA rs 1.0 and of course rarer than regular xB's...No offense to anyone.

i got a 5spd hot lava.

the dealer might have only been able to get auto allocated to them....

i got auto polar white out the door for 16,200...all stock....have put about 2500 in mods so far...having funwith my new toy!

I have #215 5 spd. My car was about 17 when it was said and done, the Release Series option was only 980 dollars to the dealer.

my xb was 15.945 auto, rs 1.0 and yes they did make manual.

I think they only made like 300 manual or something.

I really wanted mine manual...Yea well I guess that doesn't matter anymore because I have to sell my car because I am going to be going to school in Florida and can not afford it while I am there which really :evil: ticks :evil: me off because I love my car.

Tiss true, they did make both trannys as an option in the RS1. Mine is an auto. Also true, the RS1 package was only $980. This price was added to the basic pruchase price on a basic xB.

that upsets me a little because the dealer told me the ONLY come in automatic. :(

they come in either one.you are supposed to be able to order it any way you want ,when they were avalible.
mine cost 16,000 even ,auto,7 year extened warrenty, floor mats & cargo mat.

My 05 Xb was 14.9 all said and done. Only options i got was the floormats and cargo net though.

Originally, the plan was the some states/regions would get only manual and some would get automatics. When we got ours, our Toyota rep told us that we would only get 5 speeds in our area. We ended up with 3 RS xB's. The first 2 were stick. The third was auto, and we were told it was supposed to go to another part of the country, but we got it because we had so many orders in our area. The dealership probably didn't lie, they just didn't know they were wrong.

yeah you could get the RS 1.0 XB both in a 5spd or AT. i was $17,3**.00 O.T.D. w/ some options.
