Just got my new toy from my sponsor. Hoping to have the install and dyno done this weekend, weather permitting. Here's a pic of the header. If anyone wants any other pics let me know.

How's it feel and sound? Any issues installing it, other than the one nearly impossible to remove bolt and CEL fix?

I had lots of issues, none do to this particular header. I beat the crap out of the bolt. I ended up using a hammer and a bolt-out socket to get it out. Then I stripped a nut from too much torque.
The kit included a new gasket and 2 bolts for connecting the header to the s-pipe. I initially installed them and they work fine but there were 2 things that made me re-use the original bolts. 1. My dad mentioned a similar bolt on our pool filter used to make sure the bolts didn't back out. 2. I didn't like that the included bolts barely made it through the flange. As you can see with the stock bolts they stick through a good 1/2 inch.
I'm sure the included bolts would have worked just fine and they installed alright. I haven't driven the car too much, had to speed off to work so I don't have a real good feel for the gains yet. My first impressions are that I feel some more torque really low end, like 2k-3k. I also have some more 3k-4k in 5th gear. Makes passing a little more fun. Exhaust is definitely louder. I heard a little rasp 3k-4k but the more I drove the less I heard it. I should be getting their s-pipe shortly and I'll have info on that once I get it installed.

Yes, especially since I didn't know that if you don't wipe it down it gets ugly. Maybe after I pay some bills, upholster my dash, and by new amps... lol

That's a 4-1.

i didn't do a before dyno because it would have cost more than the header. the car is completely stock other than the header so the gains are comparable to other headers.

I'll get you one. It looks worse than it should because I didn't know to wipe it down before turning the engine on. If you don't wipe it and grease and finger prints on it gets burned in and makes it look worse.

Perhaps, but I'm going FI in the spring so it's temporary in any case. I'll save my coating money for when I start making some real heat.

I have no rasp in this setup currently. If it's installed correctly you'll be fine.
