I was wondering if anyone had any info on the Turbo Specialties kit that is available for the xB. I saw it on ebay for around 2700 dollars and was just curious if anyone has used this kit and how well it is put together. I am thinking about getting one this week and just curious if anyone had any experience with it. Thanks

 

The kit is only available for the XA right now. All of the intercooler piping is different for the XB, which they don't have

 

I can do my own intercooler piping if that is all thats different. I saw the kit on Ebay which says its for the xB, but maybe they are just trying to sell it off....O well, I will probably still get it and just do my own piping...

 

Yeah I emailed the turbokits.com, they told me they don't have that kit for the XB's only the XA's.

 

They originally sold it as being for the xB. I have the kit, it works... all the piping fit, but I had to remove the windshield washer fluid resevoir.

Anyhow, it wasn't made for the xA or the xB... it's actually made in Taiwan, by http://www.garrett.com.tw/ for the Taiwan only vehicle, the Toyota Vanos... I found this out by researching for hours on end.

They market it now for the xA because they believe thats what it was made for... I know otherwise, but it still fits if you try hard enough.

In my opinion its not worth the money. I wouldn't buy it again...
