The one on the Echo, I got that on eBay. The quality was perfect, no problems there. The seller had the option to have it primed or painted if you wish, so I got him to paint it and I just supplied the color code. It was made of fiberglass and was just a generic spoiler. In other words, it was listed to fit a list of different cars. If you want a lit one, you won't find it specifically for the tC, but you could probably find a generic spoiler which is still a good fit.
