Is this something I can only get at the dealer?

Had a little fender scrape and I want to fix it up.

you can have it custom mixed at a really good paint shop if you want...

but it's definitely not limited to just the dealership.

your gonna need to take this pdf file with you currently only five paint manufactures are cleared by Toyota and Nippon paint to accurately mix this paint. I've seen some done that don't show all the colors leaving the job half flipped the pdf file is in this thread good luck
