I was looking @ a few pix of my old car before I got my xB, and I just wanted to share some w/ everyone here. Don't be shy, post pix of your car that you had before the xB and of your xB now. Here are a few pix of my 89 nissan 240 w/ a silvia front end

ok so i will start off with the 94 nissan hardbody, i got this truck for my 16th birthday and started work on it shortly after my 18th, and sold it shortly after my 22nd, escalade rims, phantom grill, mono-leafed in back and cranked torsion bars down in the front to bumpstops.







This was my second car, 1979 rx-7 5-speed 1.1 litre turbo, it was the third to be sold on the east coast and the first white to be sold on the east coast back in the winter of '78, i was the second owner, had it a year before i grew tired of it...



This is what i bought the day i sold the rx-7, 1995 s-10 with the 4.3 vortec, had 373 gears in the rear end, 5-speed...



This is the dime a month after i bought it, bagged front and back, 20 gallon JEGS fuel cell, shaved (3rd break light, antenna, roof gutters, hood squirters) 50/50 primer in lime green, tweed interior...



This is the dime right before i sold it, 2002 s-10 front clip, shaved gas door and tailgate, drop spindles in the front to make it lay completely out, 3 link setup in the rear designed by yours truely...

Its not that i had these cars BEFORE Xb - Xb is just my second car / daily driver / wife's car. But im totaly a Celica lover and i had and HAVE these:

95 Celica ST... She started her life as totaly stock car - ended up with alot of $ invested in her... I build my own custom bodykit for her, redone interior, build totaly custom Turbo kit for her Slow a$$ 7AFE motor... Ended up with 220hp and 297nm of tQ :D







This was the second Phase of her, i did all the Gauge pods myself, all the install and etc... www.6gc.net comunity knows me goot - cuz i offered lots and lots of custom products for the celicas...

After this i got the front redone (little accidend - and front bumper was tossed apart...)

Right after i sold her - she was looking like this:


Custom retrofited headlighs and etc :D

 

Sold her for the totaly Rare JDM SSIII celica BEAMS:





I imported it my self, did the LHD conversion my self too... Now im driving her time after time... But she is for sale already - cuz im aiming at Legacy SpecB WR Limited...

And finaly the box - i never was so happy with the car like this :D Its the best buy for me for the last few years :D

 

That Celica is gorgeous... both of em. That was the best body style IMO.

I don't think I have any pics of my old car, but if you can imagine, a '95 Gold Camry - bone stock, then you get the idea.

 

Best body stile - period. My heart will always belong to a celica like this - and ofcorse the 1gen one too :D

 

them first gen celica's are so gorgeous...you never see them on the road...never

 

I want a Mark III Supra :drool:

But I also drive a 6th gen celica, 1994 to be exact...

I miss having a fast car.






At least the xB gets more than 15 mpg, has a gas tank smaller than 21 gallons, and doesn't take premium.

well i didnt own another car before my Xb but i do own a second car atm but its not a "before the xb"
