Anyone had to access the light bulb for this marker yet?

I cannot figure how to get into it! From the back is only threads and a wire harness. My guess is the lens snaps off. I just want someone to confirm that before I snap it off in two peices!

Thanks in advance for your help

I have found some info on it in the tech manual on to remove the entire fixture. I'm gonna go try that.

don't remove it yet. theyre arent any aftermarket things for the marker yet. don't break it either its a 45 dollar part. it's a sealed LED. their is a small looks like 7or 8 mm nut that holds it on

why do you wan't to remove it?

I expected it to be a 194 led I can upgrade.

But if it is totally sealed...

yeah it's sealed don't try to seperate it. i know this because my car was involved in a hit and run. and the bastard cracked the lens. i had to wait a week for the light which cost that much. it's pretty nice if the lens wasn't red. the LED is though. the only 194 is the one up front. has anyone removed the reflector out of that side marker yet?

The service manual says to release the connector and remove the nut. The one on the back of the lamp assembly, not the one between the seat and the steering wheel... :P
