Well i was changing out my battery and needed to move the wire to the altenator.
Took the air box off, and everything underneath was oily.
Noticed the return line fromt he BPV has a crimp in it. Pulled off the intake piping and on top of the transmission linkage is a mess. Looks like a graphite/oil mixture.
Anyone have any advice? I should just take it to the dealer, just need to find time.

Oh and the end pictures

u should have put it back to the dealer and told them about that. that is a bad install, i have my sc for about 1 year already with about 12k no broken brackets/bearing problems or anything.

What they did was install the supercharger.
i think dealership Sucks..they only thing that's not suck bout it is the warranty...they can't install better than u do trust me...they really suck and they always postpone it. It's best that you install the S/C urself but since u already had the dealership touched on it..i guess it's best to bring it back to them and say that THE ____ED UP lol hahahaa..good luck nick!. I intalled the S/C myself...no problem soo far.

The only reason I have had it done at the dealer is the warranty. With the amount of miles I put on the car, I had to keep warranty in mind. This is my daily driver, and I have put alot of money into it. I cant afford to bite the bullet on a $3300 supercharger
On my honda, I had a similar black oily substance on a few areas.. After I ripped out my turbo and a handful of other things I noticed that on a couple of areas where they have that ribbed wire protector thing 9some even came from rubber tubing), it was rubbed down and the black powdery stuff came from rubbing and the oil was from either oil spilled or maybe the oil they use to protect/manufacture some parts...

it is all where they cut into the looming to splice the harness. maybe it did come from that, and spilt oil over time. Its running fine, so maybe I am being over cautios.
Well not over, its blown on me before.
This is the only thing I have let the dealer do to my car. and thats just because of the cost being so high.
