Anybody know how I can get these HID's?
or anything similar?

Just to warn you though , you might expect to pay a premium and they also may not be DOT approved for the xA. But if you're set on getting them, you can try to contact memoryfab.com to see if they can help you buy one and ship it over. Otherwise I believe we do have a few members from Japan. One person that comes to mind is neneango. I believe he also lives around SF so PM him to see if he can help you out. :D
