Dealer actually laughed when he told me its a 471$ rim to replace it.

I laughed back at him when I told him I got one off a forum for 100$ with a brand new tire..

But yea, dammit, these rims bend fairly easy or what?

 

what exactly did you do to get it bent.. The "ease" that they get bent highly depends on that

 

hit it with a sledge hammer really hard to get it off my hub

Generally taking the wheel lugs off does the trick.

No, because my preferred method of getting my tires off is an impact wrench, not a sledgehammer.

 

Well, I shattered one of my stock wheels, and bent the other three back in July 06. Then, I shattered two and bent the other two of my black rims Friday morning. Does that count?

Man, I still feel like sh*t. I totaled a brand new car...

 

I still have my 05 Stock rims if anyone wants to pick them up from my house for some monies

 

i destroyed one rims and keep hitting curbs. i just have such bad luck with curbs. i also swear to god that the new rim that i have (replacing the one i destroyed) is different then the rest. i looks bigger and has more of a dull color then the rest.

how do people run into curbs so much... In my short time as a driver (4+ years), I've literally never hit a curb...

 

^ ricers hitting curbs during drifting / 90 degree turns @ 50mph onto a residential street... look at new yorks craigslist - tons of bent/dented/____ed up rims for sale.
