Default Any Turbo boxes want to Swap their kit for a GReddy SC?

I pulled my GReddy SC today because i was bored and wanted something to work on, so i thought it would be fun to pull the blower and see how the box drives NA... big difference, ha, it sucks. but then i was thinking it would be fun to try the turbo route too. so i figured i would see if there was anyone who wanted to swap their turbo for a SC. DC header included as i will have no use for it. i will prolly only have by blower off for about a week unless being NA drives me crazy and i put it back on. anyways, let me know if you are interested.

thanks for the interest, but i had more of a permanent swap in mind, too much can happen with a temp swap. thanks again for you interest though.

Easy, your box is a manual? With a turbo auto you're going to want a 30 shot for the bottom.

These little motors will make some good power at the top with a turbo.... You may miss the bottom the SC gives you though... or not.

EasysBox, i dont recommend the ZPI kit, ive heard nothing but bad stories about that kit and the company itself. Sorry fusionscion for telling him this, but i think its something he should know. I would suggest you keep the supercharger, unless, you buy a decent kit made from a decent company like Turbo Toyotas. There has only been 1 or 2 kits made from the ZPI shop (which by the way closed, so no looking for help with them), and both kits turned out to be CRAP!! One guy constantly kept blowing the O-Ring on the turbo because of oil accumulation, due to the location of the turbo.

Please Easysbox, DO RESEARCH on this kit, you WILL NOT like what you find. If it was any other kit i would say go for it, but NOT THIS ONE!!! DONT DO IT!!! Once again im sorry fusionscion for warning Easysbox about this kit, but i had to do it.

ZPI's kit is the one where they mount the turbo under the car, yes?

"ZPI's kit is the one where they mount the turbo under the car, yes?" Yup.

There are many reasons NOT to do this. The concept is great but way too many issues to work out, oiling, IC plumbing, air intake to name the big issues. There's more but this is an application I would not consider.
