any one know how to remove the face off?

Turn the 2 silver Aircondition nobs and pull them straigth out.

You'll see 2 screws behind the nobs, remove them.

The whole panel should pop off with a little pull.

and if you break it, you could buy another one from scionfx.com thats color matched to your ride...even better
