door wrap

I'm currently trying to wrap the fabric on my door. i got the whole door panel off but like the part with the fabric is held in with like melted plastic. how do i get that off?

You drill it out. Just use a small drill bit and replace the rivet with screws and bolts or self-tapping screws.

would a soldering iron work? or do u recommend just drilling in?
