Default driver's beware!

i wanted to post a warning regarding the driver's [and passenger's] seat belts.

i had an 8-10" mar on my driver's side door panel when i picked it up - after taking off my seat belt yesterday and letting it return to its position where it hangs i noticed that it hit the door panel right where the mar is.

so be carefull when letting go of the seat belt or you may end up with a mar or a scratch on the door panel.

also, does anyone know how to remove a mar on the plastic that is not actually a scratch? the dealer is going to have his guy who repairs this type of thing get the color code for the plastic color and touch it up? as long as i can not see it, i will be fine

I noticed seom scratching on that area in my xb as well. They weren't that bad , so I purchased some carbon fiber vinyl to act as a guard in that area. So far it loks like the vinyl has taken the brunt of the damage, and hopefully it holds.
