Default Drive Shaft Bolt - Xa

Does anyone out there know what the maint. manual is talking about when they say to "tighten" the drive shaft bolt - I think every 5k miles?? Strange to me in that front-wheel-drive doesn't have a "drive-shaft".. Any info appreciated...

They mean to check the torque on the center axle bolt on the hub.

With a torque wrench of coarse. Not sure if you were serious or not. If you were, its a wrench that you can set a specific torque to and when you reach it it clicks to let you know. Everyone with aluminum wheels should have one. It's the best way to protect your wheels and brake discs from warping due to the lugs from being over tightened.
