Trying to build a custom turbo kit with a 16G turbo
Hello everyone...
I am a new owner of a Scion TC-Black Sand Pearl MT. This is my first Japanese car I ever owned...I had VWs in the past with a fast 1.8T engine. Now I need some forced induction put on my Scion because i'm going through withdrawal.
I'm on a tight budget so I am building up a kit using the Mitsubishi 16G Turbo. My question is
where can I find the oil feed/drain lines that can be used on the TC engine, where do these lines go between the turbo and the engine? is there an adapter I can get that would save me the trouble into driling a hole into my oil pan? what size injectors should I use for the 16G setup? is there an inexpensive piggyback computer system that I can use? And anything else you guys can come up with that I would need to add to this setup...aside from intercooler cores and piping.
Thanks for you help everyone!
Cheers!

what are you limiting yourself to a 16g? it has a 5 bolt discharge and is kinda of small. for about the same price you can get a basic garrett t3 flange turbo.
there is alot more options with a T3 and more aftermarket support. (manifolds, DP's, etc..)

the stage zero kits use the 16g so im sure you can find a bunch of parts that will fit right in. including oil feed and return flanges
as for the piggyback emanage blue works well or the AEM one that recently came out. and both arent too pricey
good luck with your setup
