i think its a cool idea...but i just would have executed it much differently...props on your work, but do you really need a cpu in ur car?

ya, but of course being a computer i don't really need to use the cd or dvd drive; I have all my movies on my harddrive and all my songs as well. And my carputer automatically syncs my music collection through WiFi with my home pc everytime i pull into my garage.

That's pretty bad ___ overall (love the temp ****), but you should make the sub in the back look more clean. Looks ghetto right now.

ya its my old Logitech z-5500 enclosure. I decided to reuse it after I blew the stock Logitech subwoofer, so I ripped out the internal amp and cut mounting hole to fit a 12" sub.

how did you blow your sub? i've had it for like 2 years and still love it, i think the
z-5500 is the best pc system, the sub is only 180 watts but it sounds so good, i love it.

 

im not really sure how it happened, but part of the foam surround ripped, it was a great system though

 

That is one awesome setup! you sure do know your stuff... I would make the setup look a little more custom than that but your very creatve I would have never thought of using the **** and that enclosure awesome!
