you can make them out of 3/4'' MDF board

Elemental desgins makes the front ones as well heres a link:

I have 6-1/2" alpine type r's that I'm trying to fit in the rear. Will it go in with the mounting brackets that came with the speakers? or do I need to custom fab. a mounting bracket like the one pictured above? Is 6 1/2" too big?

you best off just making them yourself out of MDF...

its really not all that complicated... and yes... if you make the baffle right... you can get 6 1/2 's in the rear...

I just used the bracket that came with the speakers (6-1/2" coax) (for the rear) and made new holes in the frame with self-tapping screws. I documented it with pics and will hopefully have it up in the next couple of days.

As for the fronts,,check out elemental design. Those brackets went in perfectly in the front.
