Well some person thought it would be a good thing to steal my s2k antenna today. I got out of school and into the student parking lot just to find out it was gone.. ughhhhh.. It might just be a antenna but good god.. People are desperate or something... ____es me off that people steal antenna's. Only 2 scion tc's had a s2k, mine and some black one. I won't take any revenge because revenge is bad but.. It really irritates me.. I'm checking ebay for a new one but I don't see anymore.. anyways, i just wanted to warn the rest of the people here, when you park your car anywhere i would remove the antenna and put it back on when you use the car.

 

h and a accessories for a new one.

i know how you feel. my oem antenna was snapped in half by some pr!ck one day way back in florida.

i think it was the guy i was laughing at because he crashed his beat up old honda accord into the median planter one rainy night because he was driving like an idiot.

I'm scared of that happening to me too. I was thinking of using blue thread locker, but if they try to jack it, and it snaps with the screw part inside, im literally scewed. So no thread locker, and pray to G-d they don't steal mine, lol.

 

wow when i read the title i thought someone stole your s2k. now that would've been a lot worse.

If it happened on your campus, look for the car that suddenly has an S2k antenna and take yours back.

 

Pretty much. Thinking about it ____es me off. Its only like what 10-20 bucks. I think i got mine for $12 shipped. People these days, sheeesh.

 

I'll admit, there is a tC out by my work that has an antennae that I want... BUT I won't take it! It's just so... tempting...

 

I used red Loctite on mine.. mwahaha

 

thats what i do .. mine got jacked and i learned my lesson so i just take it off when im in areas that i think it might get stolen (school, malls, apartment) ... no antenna, nothing stolen!

 

Blue LocTite. Just do it. Oh, and the Element antenna is nicer than the S2k IMO, there's no **** at the top and its the same height. $18 at your local Honda dealer. Mine rocks socks all over the docks.

put vaseline on your antenna and that will ____ them off

 

yeah then they key your car. Oh and the vaseline will look great on there.

I'd love to see someone try to take my antenna off, that thing is going to be stuck on for life, I can't even turn it with pliers.

I forced it on using the wrong connector I think...
