hey anyone who has fog lights on they 1st gen xb's or just know... does it cancel your warranty for your xb if you put fog lights on with out toyota mechanics doing it... cuz im worried to install them myself and then lose my warranty because i didnt have toyota do it... plz let me know if any of you know?

Yeah, they would have to prove you did something wrong. Plus the warranty wouldn't cover the fogs but no biggie.

Yea, you'll be fine.

The easiest way to get the blanks out is by reaching up from under the bumper. Just give em a push and they'll come right out.

 

which ones did you get?
how much? did you buy a kit? switch adn wiring?

inquiring minds want to know.

 

i bought some smoked light off ebay... i dont know what all comes with it yet... dont get it later this week... but i think i have to buy a switch... so it can turn the high and low circuits

 

If you at least purchase the OEM plug in relay, it makes the installation a breeze. I got mine from Sparks Scion.

ya i was going to but some stuff came up with family... i spoke with a couple other people just to see when the next meet will be... i went to the diabetes walk but didnt really know where to meet everyone see me and my friend made the walk anyways
