Just had a earthquake in Union City. Watched the news and was rated at 5.6 magnitude. i was watching A Night at the Museum! What was everyone doing?

 

I was on the scionlife forum at the time. supposedly originated near san jose area or milpitas somewhere up there.

 

yup on alum rock.. YAY FOR EAST SIDE SJ! :D ahhaa that was up the street.. lol.. apparently 5 miles deep. i was watching the game then i heaerd it and was like .. i want my sound system like that.. lol

 

Yeah. I live right in San Jose. I just felt it.

Any news on if there is damage/injuries? I'm up in the Pacific Northwest and KRON isn't updating anything on their site other than the magnitude and national outlets don't have any info yet.

That was a fun earthquake. I live on the border of Milpitas and San Jose, so I was pretty close. Nothing drastic other than some picture frames falling over. The house shaking was pretty fun though. =x

I was sad CBS stopped NCIS for a while to show the news. =(

 

omg adrian... No damages reported. but just keep a look out for the sky. Master Cheif is coming!!!

We felt it at Oakland too. Lucky it was just a minor shake up here, I was watching TV in my bedroom, the bed was shaking and moving back and forth for a bit.

 

I was in SJSU.... it was pretty scary since we're near the center of it. The professor actually wanted to continue his lecture.... while this one girl in my class looked like she was having a panic attack.... gosh this professor is nuts. I dont think anyone would want to stay in class after what just happened.

You get that quick rumble / viberation.... then it rolled for a while.

I was in Oakland in the '89 quake and that almost traumized me enough ><.

Actually I dont remember... there's sooo many tCs in SJ it makes me dizzy LOL. I went to park at the 10th st garage on the 5th floor.

I mainly check out the girls who are on the tCs mainly ^_^.
