just installed my skunk2 catback exhaust and im very impressed and loving it...i took the silencer out untill i put my headers in i will post videos and pics of it tomm when theres sunlight

i'm sorry to say it is not 2.5".

i have the skunk2 on my car and measured the ID of the piping with a vernier and it measured about 60 mm (2.36").

 

That's wierd cuse I measured it with my teacher in shop class at my college and it came out to 2.5

what measuring tool did you use? i measured the OD of the pipe and it came to about 2.4 something inches...

any word on what the skunk2 exhaust sounds like with a header? Will it sound like butt? I do like the sound of your car though.

 

when i didnt have headers i didnt have the silencer on and when i got the headers i put it on because it was just to loud but it sounds nice no rasp rly wut so ever just louder around 3-4 rpms ohh i have mmw 4-2-1 headers

 

I have the skunk2 system and Im turbocharged it sounds great... Deep really deep rumble through the rpm band....

 

I have AEM intake and TRD exhaust. I will prob. be getting the mmw 4-2-1 with my tax return. Do you have a vid of what the car sounds like with the header on?

 

It is never really 2.5" piping. 2.5" usually means it is 2.36".

 

nah the vid is just with trd cold air intake and the exhaust ill get a vid of all 3 around xmas when i get my new camera
